Stageplays

A stageplay is a written script created specifically for live theatrical performances. It includes dialogue, character actions, stage directions, and descriptions of the settings or scenes, all designed to be performed on a stage in front of an audience. Stageplays are the foundation of traditional theater and can be performed in various formats, such as dramas, comedies, musicals, or one-act plays.

Unlike screenplays or teleplays, which are written for film and television, stageplays rely heavily on dialogue and physical acting to convey the story.
