Gotham series scripts and transcript collection archives

The origin story of DC’s great Super-Villains and vigilantes explodes on the screen with Gotham: The Series.

New to DCEU? Here's What GOTHAM is All About

Brave, earnest and newly minted, Detective James Gordon is partnered with local police legend Harvey Bullock. After the two stumble upon the murder of billionaires Thomas and Martha Wayne, Gordon meets the sole survivor: the Waynes’ intense 12-year-old son, Bruce. Moved by the boy’s loss, Gordon vows to catch the killer. As he navigates Gotham’s corrupt criminal justice system, Gordon encounters gang boss Fish Mooney, a teenaged Selina Kyle/the future Catwoman and Oswald Cobblepot/Penguin, among many other characters on their way to becoming iconic villains. The monumental crime drama tracks Gordon’s turbulent rise through the GCPD and his unlikely friendship with Bruce – a friendship that plays a crucial role in helping the young boy become the crusader he’s destined to be.

8FLiX has the full Gotham episode transcripts available. They're free to download and study whenever you want. We like to refer to them as our "Collector's Edition."

These transcripts are more for the "STAN," rather than the professional writers (who make up the other half of 8FLiX's frequent visitors) who come looking for scripts/teleplays. Yes, there is a difference between transcripts and scripts.

I won't bore you with the technical specifications (more on that later). But, basically, a transcript is a document that puts into words one's speech. A script, which is also called a "teleplay," is what a show's cast and crew refer to when in production. A transcript lacks context and emotion. However, a script is a lot more detailed and can sometimes read like a novel.

At 8FLiX, we have only Gotham transcripts for now. But, you can still download them and then re-watch the series and follow along.

For a more complete look at the difference between transcripts, screenplays, scripts and teleplays, go ahead and click or tap any of those words you've just read.

These transcripts are most appreciated by Gotham STANS. Those dedicated die-hards who like to recite, word-for-word, their favourite episode and character. And that's why we've made these transcripts easy to read with a timeline reference that you can match with episode on DVD or Netflix.

You can keep scrolling to see our entire Gotham transcript collection, neatly organized into seasons. With the exception of the series finale, you'll find each season divided into two-sections. Each section represents 10 to 12 episodes: the first-half and second-half of the season.

Let's begin! Oh, and don't forget to check-in with our main Gotham page. You'll find cast info, the latest trailer, and so much more.

Welcome to 8FLiX. All free. All the time. Enjoy your stay!
